At LUNEL, we handle every order with care, from the moment it is confirmed until it reaches you. At this time, we ship exclusively to Greece and Cyprus.
Free Shipping
All LUNEL orders are shipped with free delivery throughout Greece and Cyprus.
No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing Time
Once your order has been confirmed, we begin preparing and dispatching it as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the time of year and the availability of courier services.
Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available, an additional fee of €3.00 applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update with the available shipping and tracking details, where these are provided by the courier company.
Delivery Details
Please make sure that the shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. LUNEL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
Delays
During periods of high demand, public holidays, severe weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances, delays may occur with our courier partners. In all cases, we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
At present, LUNEL ships only to Greece and Cyprus. Shipping to other countries is not yet available.
